Senior to senior bullying is concerning, yet the majority of bullying research has virtually ignored bullying amongst older adults.
Sheridan College, Centre for Elder Research, in partnership with Elder Abuse Prevention Ontario (EAPO), and a grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, have worked towards filling this void in the research with the project Bullying between Older Adults: What is happening in Ontario?. Together, they developped a resource package outlining best practices for seniors and those working with seniors to stop bullying. This webinar will introduce key findings from the research project and introduce the toolkit.
